Hello friends,
here once again an update with a few informations about our future Hotel and also some new pics to look at.
As you can see in some of the pictures, the windows got installed in nearly all rooms and we won't have any work delays during the upcoming rainy season.
The tile setter are really doing their best hurrying up to get all the bathrooms finished as well.
In two of the rooms the carpenters started to install the mahogany wood flooring, which will be provided in our luxury rooms and i am certain once this work is finished it will look super!
The most important thing that happened lately was the signing of the contract for the construction of our swimming pool and surrounding buildings, like the Generator house, the Pool Bar and so on.
Also the work at the seventh floor Hotel Bar is going well and we hope to have the rough construction there finished by latest the end of May.
By the first week of June we're expecting four Containers from China to arrive with a many of the items we ordered over there to complete our project .
